Eligibility for Returns
Beautycore is firmly committed to providing our customers with high quality, reliable products. We stand behind our products and will provide a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase from our website. Please contact customer care at orders@beautycore.life.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for a replacement or refund.

Cancelling Subscription
You can cancel your Beautycore subscription directly through your account on our website here. To cancel, simply log in, navigate to your subscription settings, and select cancel plan.
